Spice Platter Mirchi Tadka

Excellent quality chillies. I had bought this along with meat masala for making laal mass.This "Mirchi Tadka" not only added 'tadka' to my dish but also gave deep red colour. The meat masala was like icing on cake, it added so many flavours. I am in love with Spice Platter Products. Cant wait to tru other products.

If one is looking forward to make authentic Rajasthani dishes then, this is what they need. Traditional Laal maas and other dishes are incomplete withput this ingredient. Highly recommend.
